I am incredibly grateful for the guidance and support provided by Becca. Her expertise and motivational approach have been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

From day one Becca has been fantastic. She didn’t let me back out of too much, but was neither patronising nor terrifying when it came to exercise, very knowledgeable and constructive when it came to diet and completely sympathetic to my very hectic schedule. She made it work round me and trust me I’m awkward! 


Then came the unexpected. I developed a rare health condition which was not only massively stressful, but also meant I was put on strong medication, the side effects of which include increasing your appetite, making weight gain easier and muscle gain harder. As well as being incredibly sweet about all this, Becca researched the drugs and helped guide me along the right path to keep this at bay as much as possible. I resigned myself to no improvement, but felt if I could just fight deterioration I would be happy and had a renewed recognition of the importance of keeping my body fit and healthy. Well bust my buttons, if she hasn’t managed to get me stronger and lighter despite the drugs! 


Becca’s bespoke approach has made a huge difference to me. I am managing not to hate exercise (a first) and I haven’t had to give up chocolate. I am fitting things into my day. I am feeling stronger and fitter. She really knows her stuff, is very down to earth and frankly a lovely person, which really helps.

Becca’s approach to fitness, personal training and coaching is refreshing. We’ve been working together for six weeks now, and in that short time span I have have grown in confidence, courage and strength. 

 

I enjoy the remote training/coaching as it has kept me accountable for showing up for myself (which is really empowering)! Becca truly is a PT in my pocket; I love the videos, daily prompts, and the apps functionality to track my progress. And she doesn’t miss a beat, she sees the little details and offers supportive comments/replies/suggestions…etc.

This journey has stretched beyond fitness and nutrition - I’ve surprised myself by discovering how my mindset has been holding me back. The Mindset Mastery weekly tasks are reminding me to speak kindly to myself and be compassionate to myself when it feels challenging.

After 6 weeks with Becca, I am not only starting to see physical changes, but feeling a lot more stronger too. I am also feeling so much more motivated which is getting me back into a healthier routine.

 

As well as sending me a variety of workouts, Becca has also set me goals to get me back into running - and I am already signed up to my first 10k run next month! I wouldn’t have thought to book myself on to something like this so soon, but I know I’ll smash it with Becca’s training programme and support. As a super busy mum of 2, I couldn’t recommend Becca and her services enough, and I can’t wait to see more results!

Wanted to remain anonymous 

When I started to notice the middle-aged fat creeping up on me around my tummy and back, completely changing my shape, I felt despondent that this was my new shape. I felt unhappy about my body and friends and family would often say that this is just what happens and it’s part of the perimenopause and there’s little we can do about it. 


I was in a vicious circle of tiredness and up and down emotions. That led me to lack of motivation to train consistently and I was comfort eating as I felt just rubbish about my body, my life, pretty much everything.

Well they are wrong! It doesn’t have to be this way. A combination of HRT, consistent training with Becca and careful attention to healthy eating and I feel so much better. I have energy and a brighter mood and best of all the belly fat is slowly disappearing. I can't thank her enough, FINALLY I am seeing progress.
