The Zest Club partners with corporate employers to provide two main outcomes:

1. Provide organisations with a better understanding of perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms so that women who are suffering can be better supported in the workplace.

2. Educate women in the workplace around the importance of lifestyle, nutrition and exercise modifications during perimenopause and menopause, in order to create a healthier, happier female workforce.

Why is it important?

It's important because menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workforce.

There are currently 13 million women in the UK going through either perimenopause or menopause, that is almost a third of the female population. 80% of these women will experience negative symptoms and 30% of these women take sick leave. Even worse, 1 in 10 will resign.

Creating a workplace culture where menopause is acknowledged and normalised not only empowers women to navigate this transition with confidence but also promotes diversity, equality, and above all, talent retention in the workplace.
