Welcome to my FAQ page! I've compiled a list of common questions to provide you with quick and helpful information. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to contact me!

Is there a minimum commitment for 1:1 coaching?

In order to see real progress and results, my 1:1 coaching is offered for a minimum of three months which is paid upfront or via a payment plan. After three months, clients are then put on a monthly rolling payment and can cancel anytime.

Yes, all my plans are bespoke and I can create a tailored programme for no equipment or around any equipment you do have. We discuss all of your preferences and current setup on your consultation call.

Do you offer nutrition and habit-coaching to help with life outside of the gym?

Yes, I do! It’s so important to realise that exercise and workouts only form a small part of your day. If you’re not looking after your body and mental health outside of the gym or nourishing yourself with the right foods, then it will be a lot more tricky to reach your goals.

I provide my clients with personalised nutrition advice, recipe ideas, and weekly habit-coaching to help create mindful choices and self-care routines. This is all part of a framework I designed called the 8 Segment Plan.

Do you cater for injuries and allergies/intolerances?

Absolutely, all moves can be modified depending on injuries. All recipes can be totally tailored around your preferences and intolerances or allergies.

How do you take payment?

Your initial payment will be taken over the phone. I use Stripe as my payment processor. After that, payment is taken by direct debit every month and you can cancel anytime by giving me 30 days notice.

You won’t be with me. How do I keep motivated?

I get this question a lot. My question back to you is how motivated have you been prior to discovering me? Just because you have your gym membership, are you going? Just because you’ve bought those healthy recipe books, are you using them? If the answer is ‘no’, then it's often because you have lacked accountability and structure in order to set you up for success. It's time to try a different approach. 

I may not be physically with you, but I will be holding you accountable and making sure you see results. You will have an in-app chat function available 24/7, in-depth weekly check-ins and you’ll be part of a community of women all in the same boat whilst on their own journey.

How do I track my progress?

Each client is set up on my app where they will input initial body shots, measurements and weight. We work on tracking these stats together with regular updates, and you’ll be able to see the trend of these stats change over time via your dashboard. Through our weekly check-ins, I ensure we are progressing with workouts each week to keep you on track! You’ll also be able to track your nutrition by syncing up my app with My Fitness Pal or via my own in-app tracking system.

What if I don’t like the workouts you set for me or I find certain moves too difficult/easy?

No problem at all. Every week you will fill out a check-in form and let me know of anything you’re not enjoying. I then amend the programme accordingly to make sure you’re happy.
