My name is Becca Jardine. I’m a personal trainer, online fitness coach and founder of Fit Grapefruit, a coaching platform designed to brighten up the bodies of busy women going through change.

My Services

Perimenopause & menopause support

As well as 1:1 coaching for all women, I offer bespoke fitness, lifestyle & nutrition coaching for women going through perimenopause and menopause.


I also work with corporate organisations to help raise awareness of menopausal symptoms in the workplace in order to provide better support for women.

Fitness trainer for busy women

After spending years climbing a corporate ladder in Tech Sales and juggling the pressures of a busy life, I know what it feels like to prioritise everything else but yourself. But three years ago, I decided to take my health seriously and it soon became the biggest gift I could give my mind, my body and all the people around me.

Despite experiencing some of the biggest changes in my life these past few years, exercise was my constant. It soon became clear that whilst we have little control over many things in life, our body and our health were absolutely within our power to protect. Yet so many of us neglect them. 


So I wanted to help. Last year I decided to make my passion my career and left the corporate world behind. I qualified as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor in London, before leaving for Mallorca where I coached at one of the world's leading fitness retreats, The Body Camp.


I have since coached countless women both in-person and online, helping them rediscover their best self again in order to bring back their confidence.


I also offer bespoke fitness, lifestyle & nutrition coaching to women suffering from perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, given we will now spend roughly a third of our lives navigating this change. I feel incredibly passionate about helping women thrive through this time in their lives, as opposed to trying to survive it!

So, if you’re struggling with change, I want to remind you that you’re not alone. And perhaps through this period of uncertainty, there is a beautiful opportunity for you to grow.
